Copyright infringement notification procedure
Tools26 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid copyright infringement notices and take appropriate action.
This DMCA Policy applies to all content and tools available on tools26.com.
Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat Infringement
Tools26 may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
